Take time to learn something that fills your heart with joy. We offer many learning opportunities from Energy Healing, Tarot/Oracle Card Reading, Self-Empowerment, and more. We offer individualized workshops and I work in collaboration with others and offer Retreats and group offerings throughout the year.

Energy Type, Grounding, Re-Charging, Discernment ~ This workshop helps you discover your energy type, the best way to ground your energy, what works for you in re-charging your energy, and how to discern different energies around you.

Galactic Integration ~ Allow us to take you on a journey of discovery. Tap into the energy from your home origin and discover your personal language of light. By finding light language, you can expand into the frequencies of the galaxies. In this three-session mentorship, you will discover energies that will enhance your energy-healing practice and allow you a profound connection with the cosmos.

Reiki / Energy Healing ~ I begin with the basics of Reiki, learning the flow of energy and how it feels and looks. Then we move on to self-reiki and client Reiki. Furthering your understanding we then practice distance Reiki, and if you are interested, we move on to teaching Reiki. 

If you are interested in other forms of energy healing, I teach light code/language energy healing, elemental energy healing, and galactic energy healing. 

Spiritual Life Coach ~ If you are an aspiring coach and want to learn more about coaching for a spiritual practice, I offer an intensive course on How to Become a Spiritual Life Coach. 

Movement, Meditation, and Breathing ~ If you are beginning your journey in energy healing, it is important to have a strong foundation of meditation and breathing. In this half-day workshop, we cover the basics of meditation and breathing and dispel some myths of what this practice may look like. Movement is also an integral practice to have when working in energy, we will do a Qigong practice that you can use every day. 

Personal and Group Retreats ~ Each retreat is unique in what is offered. Self-discovery, healing, and fun are always included. If you want to experience a personal retreat, we will meet to discuss what you are wanting to invest yourself in and create a retreat from this. 

I offer group retreats throughout the year and will be posting them on the website as they become available. 

Tarot / Oracle Card Reading Workshop ~ I offer group and individual workshops on how to read tarot and oracle cards. If you are interested or have a group of friends that are interested in learning how to read cards, message me for more details.

Intuition, Spirit Guides, Channeling ~ I offer a full day workshop on discovering your intuition, connecting with your Spirit Guides and learning to channel messages from your Guides. If you are interested please message me for more details.

The Clair Senses ~ In this workshop we touch on the basics of the eight clair senses. You will learn about the distinct difference between empathy, sympathy, and compassion. You will learn about the nuances of each clair sense and have information that you can take with you and practice with. 

Digital Vision/Dream Board ~ This is a 5 hour workshop that invites you to create your own digital vision/dream board for the year. I provide you with some pre-workshop tasks to complete and when we get together, we create your personal board. There are a variety of programs we can use, however I prefer Canva as it already had the content built in.
